BLUE Me Away: A tutorial

Blue Me Away, is a title inspired by one of my favorite nail polishes with the same name. I love the color BLUE, it is my ultimate favorite, and that is the inspiration for this tutorial.

Although this look would be beautiful on anyone, I do think it suits best people with Brown Eyes. So if you have brown eyes I would love for you to try it out and let me know how this works out for you.

Also, I used mainly the best product of 2011,at least in my opinion, which is the TOO Faced Sweet Dreams Palette, which is exclusive for Sephora.
